Founded in 2014 then acquired in 2019 by AXA IM Alts, The Boost Society group became the leader in the French co-living market in just five years as an investor, operator and owner. Our rapid success stems from a pioneering and innovative concept tailored to each target.
Our projects are funded entirely from equity, which means the group – through its KLEY, Hife and Campus brands – helps boost the economies of municipalities in France and Spain. And that is something else we are very proud of.

The Boost Society currently welcomes 8,200 colivers across 27 residences in France and 5 Campus residences in Spain. By 2030, the group aims to host nearly 20,000 students, young professionals and professionals throughout France and Europe, through its three brands.
