Founded in 2014, backed by leading shareholders (AXA, the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, among others) and managed by BNP Paribas Asset Management, The Boost Society is the leader in agile hospitality - a model redefining the standards of managed real estate in Europe.
By combining flexibility (a wide range of accommodation types and lengths of stay, seamless booking experience) with the standards of hospitality (on-site teams, services, shared spaces) and a strong sense of community through events, The Boost Society offers students and young professionals a new way of living designed to foster personal growth and success.
As an investor, owner and operator, the group develops new-build and fully renovated residences under the KLEY and Hife brands across France and Spain. In doing so, The Boost Society contributes to the economic vitality of cities while providing a concrete response to the structural housing shortage particularly affecting 18–35-year-olds. And that’s something we’re genuinely proud of.

The Boost Society is currently home to 10,000 young people across nearly 40 residences in France and Spain. By 2030, the group aims to welcome close to 20,000 students, young professionals and working residents across France and Europe through its three brands: KLEY, Hife and Campus.
We have the privilege of welcoming and engaging nearly 10,000 young people each year across our KLEY and Hife living spaces.
We have chosen to give them the opportunity to take action throughout the year in support of the environment, education and social solidarity.
